SecuRail rigid and inclined lifeline

EN 795:2012 Type D / CEN/TS 16415

The SecuRail® horizontal lifeline is a rigid fall arrest system, ideal where the available fall clearance is short and where the user has to work at a considerable distance from the anchor system. Its rectangular form blends into the appearance of the building, and the cross joint absorbs the movement caused by changes in temperature.

A range of six fall arrest trolleys makes the system highly versatile. The removable VIA 6 trolley lets the user connect and disconnect at any point on the rail, and the Multivia or VIA 4 trolley is recommended for inclined roofs.

Advantages

  • Manufactured in anodised aluminium
  • Up to 6 users connected at the same time — 2 users between adjacent supports
  • Support spacing from 3 to 5 m, extended with rail reinforcement
  • Reduced deformation when a fall is arrested
  • Rated for work in suspension
  • Floor, wall or ceiling configurations
  • Standardised fixing solutions for fragile structures
  • 10-year warranty

Applications

  • Industrial machinery and access — trains, lorries and similar
  • Facade maintenance corridors and industrial roofs
  • Roofs and terraces of public buildings
  • Roofs and terraces of residential buildings
  • Airport roofs and terraces
  • Roofs and terraces of offices and shopping centres
